HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

We have been in business since 2017.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is based on your location and the weight and dimensions of the box. We usually use UPS, but will also use USPS if you prefer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

We typically ship next business day. Once your item is shipped, delivery time is based on your distance from Arizona. If you're in California, you'll have it within 2 days. If you are in New York, it will be within 6 days.

ARE YOUR ITEMS NEW OR USED?

We specialize in refurbished, vintage electronics, but on the rare occasion we come across new in box vintage items too.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES?  

Everything on SpenCertified.com comes with a Limited Lifetime warranty. The warranty includes replacement of the item if anything malfunctions.

WHAT DOES YOUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE COVER?

We guarantee that you will receive the right item, on time, the first time. If for some reason the item you receive becomes defective within the first 6 months, we will do everything we can to replace the item, or give you a refund.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you cancel your order before the item has shipped, there is no charge. If your shipping label has already been purchased though, you must pay to cover the shipping costs.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PURCHASING?

If the order has not been shipped, you are eligible to receive a full refund. After the order is shipped, you must pay shipping charges.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

If you receive your order and discover it to be damaged, contact us immediately and we will file a claim. DO NOT return merchandise to us until notified to do so by the carrier or us. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier. Without this, the claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
