Yes, we purchase but do not pay much. Trading will often get you twice as much value as buying will.

What products do you sell?
We sell home audio and video gear. Most of which are more than 15 years old.
What is your warranty?
Most local sales include a 30 day warranty. Some have a 6 month warranty. All shipped items include a 6 month warranty from the day that it is delivered.
Where do you get your inventory?
We have people who collect gear and sell it to us. Also, people bring us stuff daily. Sometimes, people just have 1 or 2 pieces and other times people have 100 pieces.
Are your items new or used?
We specialize in refurbished, vintage electronics. Every once in a while, we stock new in box items, too.
Repairs
How much does it cost to inspect something for repair?
$125 if you are local. $150 if you are shipping the item in. Some items require additional testing or cleaning, this is subject to additional charges. This fee will go into the cost of the repair.
What devices do we repair?
We can repair most electronics, though we do specialize in vintage audio video gear. Anything that is not considered audio and/or video gear, we recommend taking elsewhere. If taking it somewhere else is not an option, we are willing to look at it. There will be an additional cost if we are not familiar.
What is the warranty for repairs?
Repairs come with a 30 day warranty. The warranty only covers the repairs and not the entire device.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for up to 30 days for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Our restocking fee is 20%. View details here.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before we start processing it, there is no charge. If your order is already being processed, you may be responsible for a processing fee. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and a restocking fee.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Our warranty does not cover any shipping costs for international orders. We still guarantee that it function as described at the time of delivery.
What if my item arrives defective?
If you receive a 'not as described' item, we offer a replacement or repair. If a replacement cannot be provided and the item is unrepairable, you have the option to receive a full refund or a store credit.
How long does shipping take?
We try to ship items the same day that they are ordered. Most orders taking about 4 business days to ship. Some orders take up to 2 weeks. In rare cases, orders will take up to 1 month. We will keep in touch if processing exceeds 1 week.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on your location and the weight and dimensions of the box.
