Packaging & Shipping Information

At SpenCertified, we take packaging seriously. Every item we ship is carefully tested, cleaned, and packed to ensure it arrives in full working order and excellent condition.


Before It’s Boxed

Each product is:

  • Fully tested to confirm it works properly

  • Thoroughly cleaned

  • Inspected one final time before packaging

We don’t box anything that isn’t 100% functional.


📦 Our Packaging Process

We follow a precise, step-by-step method to maximize protection during transit:

  1. Bubble Wrap – Each item is wrapped in 2 inches of bubble wrap for impact protection.

  2. Accessories – All accessories and paperwork are placed in a separate, sealed bag.

  3. Boxing – We select a box that leaves 2 inches of clearance around all sides of the item.

  4. Internal Padding – We fill all voids using ½-inch bubble wrap to keep the item secure and prevent shifting.

  5. Taping – Boxes are sealed with three strips of tape across the middle and one on each edge, top and bottom.

  6. Final Inspection – We confirm that the box is:

    • Firmly packed (no rattling sounds when shaken)

    • Not bulging or sinking on top

    • Ready for safe transport

If your item includes its original packaging, it will be placed inside another protective outer box to preserve its original condition and ensure discreet shipping.


🚚 Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2 business days, but some may take up to 2 weeks, depending on testing and preparation.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States.

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide!

    • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

    • Note: Most items are designed for use in the United States and may require voltage converters or adapters in other regions.


💥 In the Rare Event of Shipping Damage

Despite our best efforts, damage can occur during shipping. If your item doesn’t work properly upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
