SpenCertified Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
🕒 Return Window

Within 30 Days: Returns accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

31–60 Days: Returns accepted with a 40% restocking fee.

After 60 Days: Returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges are allowed within the full 60-day period. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
📦 Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be returned in the same condition it was received.

Include all original accessories and components.

Be packed as well as it was shipped to you.

Arrive at our facility before the end of the return window.
If the original packaging is no longer available, you must ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns may be denied or partially refunded if:

The item arrives in a different condition

Accessories are missing

The packaging is inadequate

The warranty seal is removed or tampered with

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within up to 3 business days.
After approval, your refund will be issued. It may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
If you don’t see your refund after that time, please contact us.
🔄 Exchanges
You may exchange your item for another of equal, greater, or lesser value.

If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.

If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

You are responsible for all additional shipping charges related to the exchange.
🚫 Order Cancellations

Before Processing Begins: Full refund, including shipping.

After Processing Begins: Restocking fees may apply.
