Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You have 60 days to return your item-

You have until 60 days after delivery of your order to decide if you love your item. If you don't, you may return it. You may either get it exchanged or request a refund. For refunds, if you return it within 30 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you return within 60 days, but after 30 days, there is a 40% restocking fee. The item must be in our possession at the end of the return period to be eligible. Exchanges are allowed within 60 days. You will also be responsible for covering any shipping costs.

To complete your return, contact us to have your return approved and mail it here just as received. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be returned exactly how it was received. Packed exactly the same and include everything that it did upon delivery. If you threw away the packaging, be sure to pack it as well as we did. We recommend purchasing insurance in case it gets damaged in shipping. Your refund may not be sent in full if we receive in insufficient packaging, accessories missing, if the item is in different condition or if the warranty label has been removed. 

Restocking Fees

There is a 20% restocking fee on items returned within 30 days of delivery.

There is a 40% restocking fee on items returned within 60 days and after 30 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received we will inspect it. Inspection may take upto 3 business days. After inspection of your item, we will provide your refund. After we initiate a refund, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.

Contact us if you do not see your refund in your bank account.


Exchanges 

We offer the option of getting your item exchanged. You can get something of higher, lower or the same value. If you choose, an upgrade, you will be charged for the difference in price. If you choose something lower in value, you will be refunded the difference. 

Any additional shipping costs involved in the exchange will need to be paid for by the buyer. 

Canceling an order

If you cancel your order prior to us beginning processing it, you are eligible for a 100% refund including shipping.

If we we have already began processing your order, restocking fees may apply.
If your shipping label has already been purchased, you must pay all shipping.
