Spencer and Amy helped us find 40 or so speakers to build a wall out of them at a restaurant and were super helpful finding and loading up all of the speakers. The wall turned out great and would definitely recommend them for anything sound!

I happened to run across a video from Spencertified and was intrigued. I checked their website and noticed many positive reviews. I never purchase used equipment , but considering that everything new appears to be non-functional (or just plain garbage), I decided to give them a try. End result: I am very satisfied with the purchase. Spencer boxed the Sony unit assuming it would have gone through a war zone. The unit I received plays all my CD's with no problems. For a couple of years, I have been looking for a replacement for my ToshibaDVD Recorderthat was starting to break down.I had placed four orders with Amazon....3 of the recorders did not work and had to be returned, the fourth order was canceled by the seller before shipping with no explanation. An internet search brought me to SpenCertified and I found a refurbished Toshiba recorder similar to the one I was using. Without high expectations, I placed another order with them. My Sony 400 disc player stopped working. I watched YouTube videos and came across this website. Since 90% of failures are the belts I decided to try to fix it myself with the help of the video. It was the belts and after installing them it works great again. I received the belts really quickly and with no prior knowledge took the case off with help from the video and installed the belts myself. So happy to have my player working again. I took delivery yesterday and it works perfectly! My original had tears in the hose duct taped closed, and the switch no longer worked.  I had to unplug it to turn it off, could not adjust suction level and could not power the carpet attachment.  I felt very fortunate to have stumbled upon this through a Google search. SPENCERTIFIED was very helpful in determining if this would work with my 40 year old machine.  They sent additional pictures and answered my questions.  It was delivered in 3 days.  I now have full function of this very powerful vacuum cleaner and expect to use it for another 40 years.
