My Sony 400 disc player stopped working. I watched YouTube videos and came across this website. Since 90% of failures are the belts I decided to try to fix it myself with the help of the video. It was the belts and after installing them it works great again. I received the belts really quickly and with no prior knowledge took the case off with help from the video and installed the belts myself. So happy to have my player working again. I will always contact Spencertified for my parts and repair needs. Thanks so much. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Spencer and Amy helped us find 40 or so speakers to build a wall out of them at a restaurant and were super helpful finding and loading up all of the speakers. The wall turned out great and would definitely recommend them for anything sound!

REALLY! It was cool to do business with honest people who listened and gave me just what I was looking for. I asked a lot of questions about equipment and was shown different options, and, different prices, straight forward and honest.

Spencer was super helpful and knowledgeable when I visit him. I experienced a slight issue with some hardware and he was more than willing to make it right.
