This inspection fee starts the repair process for vintage audio and video electronics.
Before purchasing this inspection fee, please submit the repair form first.
After checkout, save your 5-digit order number.
For local drop-off, give us your name when you bring in the item so we can match it to your repair order.
For mail-in repairs, please include your name, phone number, email, and 5-digit order number inside the box.

Inspection fees are non-refundable once an item is received. Once your item has been dropped off at our shop or delivered to us by mail, the inspection fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
The inspection fee covers evaluation and diagnostic time. If you approve the repair estimate and move forward, the inspection fee is applied toward the repair.
In some cases, the inspection fee may cover the full repair cost. If additional parts, labor, diagnostic time, restoration, or return shipping are needed, we will contact you with the next step before moving forward with major additional work.
The inspection fee does not guarantee that the item can be repaired.
