Ethereal Metra CS-HDMABO3 HDMI Audio De-Embedder with Pass-Through
The CS-HDMABO3 is a handy converter that adds optical digital and analog stereo connections to a source that only has HDMI. By extracting audio from an HDMI input and sending a digital or analog signal to a separate device, it allows you to distribute sound to different gear. So it accepts HDMI connections and gives you that separate optical and analog stereo output so you can hook up your other equipment, all the while still passing audio through on the HDMI output, preserving the quality of sound.
Note: does not downmix Dolby or DTS encoded audio.
