9 Transparency Guarantee -
When your order is being processed, you will receive frequent notifications regarding the status of your order. You can choose to receive texts or emails. Some updates you will receive include 'Order Confirmation', 'Shipment Confirmation' and 'Delivery Confirmation.' In the rare case we find that there is an issue with your order, we will contact you immediately.

We guarantee in most cases to have your order shipped on the next business day. Our amazing fulfilment team will do everything it takes to get your order into your hands as fast as possible. Our UPS pick up comes by every day at 3:30 MST, so we do what it takes to get your order out the door.
You have until 60 days after delivery of your order to decide if you love your item. If you don't, you may return it. If you return it within 30 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you return within 60 days, but after 30 days, there is a 40% restocking fee. The item must be in our possession at the end of the return period to be eligible.
If we fail to uphold these standards, you will receive a $50 store credit. Just let us know and we'll make it right.
