Akai M-9 Vintage Cross-Field 4-Track Stereophonic Reel to Reel Deck (AS IS)
The Akai M-9 is an incredible reel-to-reel player and recorder. It can play tapes at 1 7⁄8, 3 3⁄4, and 7 1⁄2 ips, and it has three heads - but not the usual three. It features an erase head, a cross-field head for improved fidelity of high frequencies, and a combined play/record head. This system currently rewinds slowly, but for the right person who wants to give this amazing system the service and care it needs, it can become the perfect reel-to-reel deck!
