Both the CD player and cassette deck have been thoroughly tested—CDs load quickly and play without skipping, and the cassette mechanism functions smoothly for play, rewind, fast-forward, and eject. The heads have been cleaned and demagnetized, and all internal components have been inspected for reliability.
