Samsung SV-300WD RARE VCR VHS Player World-Wide Multi-System NTSC PAL SECAM
The Samsung SV-300WD is an incredible multi-systems VCR! It has the ability to play tapes from different formats or regions. Since it has NTSC playback on PAL televisions, you can watch NTSC VHS tapes (a standard format in United States and Japan) on a PAL TV (which is the color television system used in many European countries). VCRs with both NTSC and PAL playability are not commonly found in the US, so this is a super unique feature! This VCR doesn't have a tuner, however.
Plus, this is a rare model: the similar SV-300W can be found online occasionally, but the SV-300WD, with its 6 video heads (instead of four), is tricky to find in working condition. It has a luxury design with a flip down door, it's durably built, and it has been recently recapped by our technician; English labels were put near the buttons on the unit and the remote in case you don't read Korean.
Please note: If you reside in the North American region, most newer TVs support multiple standards, but double check that your TV is capable of displaying a PAL, SECAM, and NTSC 4.43 or NTSC 3.58 signal if you wish to play tapes using these formats.
