Got an issue or question?

Our SpenCertified customer service desk is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Arizona Time). We are closed Sundays and all recognized US holidays but our online store is open 24/7.

For online orders placed after hours, on a weekend or during a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day and shipped within three days of ordering.
