Build a classic separates system around the versatile Dynaco PAT-5 stereo preamplifier. This American-made component provides two magnetic phono inputs, dual tape-deck support, an external processor loop, independent channel tone controls, and extensive stereo/mono switching. Speaker selection and headphone monitoring can also be handled through the PAT-5 when connected to a compatible power amplifier. Refurbished, fully tested, and ready to serve as the control center of a vintage hi-fi system.

100% tested and functional. Cleaned inside and out; worn parts replaced as needed. Controls and switches were cleaned with WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner, which is safe for electronics. Internal boards, RCA connections, output circuitry, power supply components, speaker-routing terminals, and solder joints were inspected. Both phono inputs, high-level inputs, tape-monitor functions, processor loop, tone controls, filters, channel modes, preamp outputs, headphone connection, and speaker selections were tested for proper operation.
