The Garrard LAB 80 is an automatic transcription turntable of the highest quality, providing true transcription performance while also allowing records to be played automatically if desired.
Used automatically, up to 8 records, 7", 10", or 12" of the same size may be played at 33 1/3 or 45rpm. Two record spindles are supplied, a short one for manual play and a long one for automatic play. Fully tested and working well, this unit offers reliable performance with authentic character—a true collector-grade turntable—SpenCertified and ready to spin.

100% tested and functional. Cleaned inside and out; worn parts replaced as needed. Idler drive system inspected and serviced. Platter bearing is lubricated for smooth rotation. Automatic mechanism tested for proper start, return, and shut-off functions. Tonearm movement verified and cartridge/stylus checked. Controls and internal contacts cleaned using WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner (safe for electronics). Dust cover shows noticeable haze, scratches, and age-related wear.
