Controls, switches, RCA connections, speaker terminals, and appropriate electrical contacts were cleaned with WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner, which is safe for electronics. Internal boards, power-supply components, ventilation openings, fuse, and solder joints were inspected. The amplifier was tested under load with a compatible passive subwoofer.
