Kenwood KR-720 High Speed DC/Zero Switching Stereo Receiver Vintage (1980-81)
If you're looking for an entry-level vintage receiver, the Kenwood KR-720 is a good bet! It's a beautiful, reliable amp from the early 80s that still works wonderfully. It features only a handful of inputs and outputs, but it does include a phono hookup for your turntable. The KR-720 has a good FM tuner as well with both a linear dial scale and a digital read-out. It's rated at 40 watts per channel into 8 ohms with a THD of 0.03%. And thanks to its silver face and wooden case, this piece looks as amazing as it sounds. The SA-202 is a classic piece of equipment that won't blast down any doors or keep the neighbors awake, but it will fill a reasonable-sized room with some great sound.
