Panasonic NV-630 Multi-System VCR Video Cassette Recorder NTSC PAL
The Panasonic NV-630 is an old-school VCR! It's a multi-system VHS player and recorder, so it has the ability to play VHS tapes from NTSC and PAL. Since it has NTSC playback on PAL televisions, you can watch NTSC VHS tapes (a standard format in United States and Japan) on a PAL TV (which is the color television system used in many European countries). VCRs with both NTSC and PAL playability are not commonly found in the US, so this is a super unique feature!
Please note: If you reside in the North American region, most newer TVs support multiple standards, but double check that your TV is capable of displaying a PAL and NTSC 4.43 or NTSC 3.58 signal if you wish to play tapes using these formats.
