How do I know if my remote is repairable?
Most defective remotes are repairable, but not all. If your remote has a few buttons that don't work or barely work, your remote is most likely repairable. If no buttons work, your remote may not be repairable.

How does this work?
1. To complete the transaction, purchase this item. Include the shipping address that we will mail the remote to once the repair is complete.
2. After purchasing, the page shows an order number that is 4 digits. Please either include a paper with your order number on it, or print the checkout page or email you receive after purchase.
3. When sending it in, we recommend using a 10x4x4 box. An envelope is typically ok as long as it is wrapped well. Shipping should be about $4. If you want it to be insured, it will be closer to $8.

4. Once we receive it, we will refurbish it and verify it's condition. If it works, we will send it back to you. If it doesn't work, we will contact you to go over your options.
