Teac A-5500 Reel-to-Reel Player and Recorder Stereo Tapecorder (AS IS)
The Teac A-5500 is a 4-track, 2-channel, stereo/monaural system. This reel-to-reel was produced in 1973 around the time when Teac was just beginning to release their professional range of tape decks. It features two VU meters and Dolby B noise reduction which reduces most, if not all, tape hiss in recordings. This system's motor currently squeals loudly, but for the right person who wants to give this amazing system the service and care it needs, it can become the perfect reel-to-reel deck!
