100% tested and functional. Cleaned inside and out; worn parts replaced as needed. The video heads and tape path were cleaned, while the transport was inspected and lubricated where appropriate. The lens, viewfinder, included microphone, controls, connection ports, and battery contacts were inspected. Controls and switches were cleaned with WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner, which is safe for electronics. The camcorder was tested for recording, playback, tape handling, zoom, focus, stabilization, microphone audio capture, and external video output.
