View full detailsIt is essential to get an amplifier when designing your home stereo system. A stereo amplifier will provide power for your speakers. This collection includes all audio amplifiers that allow you to connect speakers.
We have quite the variety. We have systems that are a dedicated power amplifier or power amp. This means that it is specifically for connecting speakers and will require a pre amp. If you want the best sound, the best amplifier is a power amplifier. We have preamplifier systems available at this link. https://spencertified.com/collections/preamplifiers Our power amplifiers include mono amplifier systems, 2 channel amplifier systems, 4 channel amp systems and 5 channel amp systems. Some of our power amps go up to 12 channels.
Also, we have AV receiver systems. Many of them have a 5.1 amplifier built-in. This means that you can connect 5 speakers plus a subwoofer. If it is labeled a receiver, that means that it has a built-in AM FM tuner.
We have other sound amplifier systems, or speaker receiver systems that feature an integrated Bluetooth receiver. This makes it a Bluetooth amp or Bluetooth amplifier.
Some features that come with newer amps are Dolby Atmos and HDMI inputs.
The selection includes vintage amplifiers with silver faces and or wood cases or side panels. These ones tend to sound better than a lot of the newer gear.
We have Yamaha amplifier systems, Denon amplifier systems, Sony amplifier systems, Marantz amplifier systems, Pioneer amplifier systems, NAD amplifier systems, Onkyo amplifier systems and much more.
An integrated amplifier is a standard receiver without an am fm tuner. The tuner is removed because, for the purpose of sound quality, the fewer components in one device the better.
If you have a record player, you will need to get a system that has a Phono connection on the rear panel.
