The Toshiba 13A23 is a great CRT TV. It has a nice image quality and features picture control adjustments and a closed captioned decoder. Plus, it has front audio/video inputs so you can hook up a vintage gaming system and have some retro fun!

  • 181 Channel Tuner - The tuning system is capable of receiving all 68 VHF/UHF standard broadcast channels that are available in your area. When operating on a cable system, it can tune to the standard VHF channel frequencies plus up to 113 cable channel frequencies. The actual number of channels received depends upon channel reception in your area or your cable system.
  • On-screen 3 Language Display - This TV can display the on-screen language in English, Spanish or French.
  • Sleep Timer - Operable from the remote control, the TV can be programmed to turn off automatically (from 10 to 120 minutes, in 10-minute increments).
  • Memory Back Up - This system prevents loss of memorized channel selections in case a power interruption to the TV should occur.
  • V-Chip - The V-Chip function can read the rating of a TV program or movie content if the program is encoded with this information. V-Chip will allow you to set a restriction level. (designed to work with the U. S. V-Chip system only).

For a couple of years, I have been looking for a replacement for my Toshiba DVD Recorder that was starting to break down. I had placed four orders with Amazon....3 of the recorders did not work and had to be returned, the fourth order was canceled by the seller before shipping with no explanation. An internet search brought me to spencertified.com and I found a refurbished Toshiba recorder similar to the one I was using. Without high expectations, I placed another order with them. I searched the stores and then the web looking for a Bluray player w/ HDMI & RCA audio outputs ; they hadn’t made them in years Was quite a search ... then I found SpenCertified .. I purchased a refurbished LG BD 300, it came with all cables,owners manual and remote 😂😂 with batteries ! And looks brand new !I am extremely pleased.
